Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Violet! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer the following return policy:

• Returns Accepted Within 14 Days: You may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, as long as they meet our return criteria (see below).

• Customer-Paid Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.

• No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

• No Final Sale Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items. Please ensure the item is suitable before purchasing.

• Items Must Be in Original Condition: All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent, with no wear, tear, or damage. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

To Initiate a Return: Please contact us at info@viiolet.co.za to initiate the return process. Make sure to provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
